It removes the brown stains that tires can acquire over time from neglect. It is also safe on wheels and works as an excellent brake dust remover that also contains brighteners!
Instructions:
Spray on tire and wheel, Scrub tire with a firm bristle bush. Scrub wheel with a soft bristle brush.
